1990年から2001年までの間、毎年、絵画・版画・彫刻の各ジャンルで、「大阪トリエンナーレ」という名称の「国際現代造形コンクール」を計10回開催しそれらのコレクションの特色は、世界各国のさまざまな現代作家の作品が幅広く集められていることです。この展示室ではその一部を展示します。
作品解説：キュレーター 中塚宏行 From 1990 to 2001,an international contemporary art cmpetition named 'Osaka Triennale' was held 10 times,covering the genres of Painting, Print and Sculpture. Throughout these years, a collection centered around the winning works was amassed. The distinctive feature of this collection is that it comprises a wide range of works by contemporary artists from various countries around the world. A portion of this collection is displayed in this exhibition room.
